Sometimes the hardest part of asking AI a question is getting the context into the conversation. A chart, product page, document, or error message may already show exactly what you want to discuss—yet you still have to describe it all before you can ask the useful question.

CapSend shortens that gap. Capture the part of the screen that matters, speak or type what you want to know, choose an AI service, and review the prepared content before submitting it.

Start with the smallest useful capture

Include enough visual context for the question to make sense, but leave out unrelated parts of the page. A focused capture helps the AI identify the important detail and reduces ambiguity.

Ask for the outcome you want

Your prompt does not need to sound formal. Say what you want the AI to do with the visual context:

  • Explain what this means in plain language.
  • Compare these two options.
  • Tell me what may be causing this error.
  • Summarize the most important points.
  • Help me decide what to do next.

Review before you send

CapSend prepares the screenshot and prompt in the AI service you choose. It leaves the content unsent so you can confirm the image, refine the wording, or add context before submitting it yourself.

Keep the workflow intentional

Use Capture + Voice when the screen is part of the question. Use Voice Only when the prompt stands on its own. In both cases, the goal is the same: spend less time transferring context and more time getting to the useful part of the conversation.
